TO BREAK THE STIGMA OF #MENSMENTALHEALTH

07 FEB: NIGHT RUN

The men will start their #10TEN10 challenge by running / walking for 12 hours overnight (9pm to 9am), covering approximately 50 miles.

29 MARCH: SPORTS DAY

The sports day will be made up of a trio of events that will test the men's physical and mental stamina. This event is currently in the planning. More details will be released soon.

04 APRIL: SPRING WOLF RUN

The Wolf Run is Wild Running - a unique combination of three kinds of off-road running: mud runs, trail runs and obstacle runs.

It is a hardcore 10k run across raw natural terrain, including open ground, woodland, lakes & thick mud.

8-9 MAY: THREE PEAKS CHALLENGE

The National Three Peaks Challenge will involve the men climbing the three highest peaks of Scotland (Ben Nevis), England (Scafell Pike) and Wales (Snowdon), all within 24 hours.

The total walking distance is 23 miles (37km) and the total ascent is 3064 meters (10,052ft). The total driving distance is 462 miles.

06 JUNE: SUMMER WOLF RUN

Running in a pack, the men will tackle a series of tough obstacles - both man-made and natural - designed to test their mental & physical strength, skill and stamina. They will run, climb, jump, wade, crawl and swim through a course designed to challenge them on every level.

20 JUNE: ZIP WIRE

The men will prepare for a truly unique and exhilarating experience; the fastest zip line in the world. They will soar over Penrhyn Quarry where they could travel at speeds of over 100mph while they take in the breathtaking views and feel the freedom of flight.

04 JULY: SKY DIVE

The men will exit the plane at 13,000 feet and will accelerate to 120 mph, covering each thousand feet in approximately five seconds.

At 5,000 feet the tandem Instructor will deploy the parachute which will then be controlled by both persons until they land softly and gently some four minutes later. A truly exhilarating experience!

05 SEPTEMBER: AUTUMN WOLF RUN

Autumn is a fantastic season to be running in the wild through twisting woodland trails and wading through thick mud and water. The man made obstacles will have the men guessing what is coming around the corner whilst pushing them both mentally and physically.

11 OCTOBER: BIMGINGHAM HALF MARATHON

The men will take part in the Simplyhealth Great Birmingham Run 2020. The men will experience the support of the community all the way along the 13.1 mile course through the heart of Birmingham, the second biggest half marathon in the UK.

07 NOVEMBER: WINTER WOLF RUN

This is the toughest of all 4 wolf runs designed for the hardiest of person and is a demanding step up embracing the harsh bite of winter. The men will tackle the once refreshing streams and lakes as they become brutal and challenging with the ice cold water. This event will push the men to a new level of physical and mental toughness!
